Non-urgent advice: Want to make a complaint?
We always strive to provide the best possible service to everyone who attends our Practice.
However, we understand that sometimes things may not go as expected, and you may feel you have a genuine cause for concern or complaint. If this happens, we would like the opportunity to resolve the matter as quickly and amicably as possible.

You can also contact the NHS Shropshire, Telford & Wrekin Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) if you prefer to raise your concern independently. PALS can offer confidential advice, support and information about NHS services.
