Online Access

GP Online Services allow you to access a range of services via your computer, mobile or tablet. Once you have signed up, you will be able to:

• Book and/or Cancel Appointments Online
• Renew or Order Repeat Prescriptions Online
• View parts of your GP record, including information about Medication, Allergies, Vaccinations and Test Results

To enable further access from your GP surgery, please email us at bmp.itsupport@nhs.net, where a member of our team will be in touch with information on which form to complete. If you have never registered for Online Services before, please complete our Online Access Registration Form.

Did you know that you can link profiles to your online account?

You can access another persons profile in the 'linked patients' section of your chosen online service provider. This will give you access to their GP record, enabling access for prescriptions and test results.

Proxy access can be enabled by completing our Online Access Proxy Form. For proxy access for someone under the age of sixteen, please complete the Online Access Parent Proxy Form.

Please note that proxy access is automatically revoked three months prior to the patient's sixteenth birthday.

The NHS app can be downloaded onto your smartphone or accessed on your computer desktop at https://www.nhsapp.service.nhs.uk/login.

For further access to your online medical records or just to get started, please complete our Online Access Registration Form. Once complete, a member of our reception team will verify your photo and address identifcation.

Online bookings are for routine appointments only (and some specific services). You are usually booking at least 7 days in advance. 

You must telephone the practice for a more urgent or same-day appointment.

Appointments usually start to appear on the system on weekdays between 8:15 and 8:30am. Anyone accessing the system before this time may not see any appointments available.

Please bear in mind that, unlike telephone bookings, any number of patients can access the online booking system at the same time. This means appointments can be taken up very quickly.
