Non-urgent advice: ONLINE ACCESS

Did you know you can now register yourself for online services using your own mobile device - no forms or waiting required?
Simply download and register through an approved online provider, such as the NHS App. During set-up, you’ll be asked to complete ID verification directly through your chosen provider.
Once verified, you’ll automatically have access to: 
 
  • Repeat medication ordering
  • Online bookable appointments
  • Your health information
This is the quickest and easiest way to manage your prescriptions and appointments.
 
Please note:
 
  • GP practices do not run or manage online services.
  • You will need to use the NHS App or another provider to register, verify your ID, and manage your account.
  • We can only control what parts of your record are visible - not your login details or technical issues.
If you’ve already opened an account but wish to gain further access to your healthcare record, please email bmp.itsupport@nhs.net
including your full information so we can verify your record.
 
We can only action these requests if your ID has been verified by your online provider; if not, you will need to provide proof of ID at the practice before additional access can be granted.
