Bridgnorth Medical Practice’s recent uptake for breast screening was 83%, well above the national minimum standard of 70% and national uptake of 80%.

 Thank you for supporting this valuable service.

The NHS App allows you to: Book / Cancel your own Routine GP Appointments, Order your Repeat Prescription Items and View your Allergies and Immunisation history. Try the new NHS App

If you’re a patient at our practice you can now use the new NHS App, a simple and secure way to access a range of NHS services on your smartphone or tablet.

You can use the NHS App to check your symptoms and get instant advice, book appointments, order repeat prescriptions, view your GP medical record and more.

If you already use Patient Access you can continue to use it. You can use the NHS App as well.

If you do not have a Smart phone or tablet you can use one of the other Online Services:

For 24-hr Online Access to Routine GP Appointments, Repeat Prescription Ordering, Lab Test Results and Access to your Coded Medical History, via the Internet, please complete an online access registration form and see our Online Access Information and Help Guide. Once you have returned your signed and completed form to the practice, you will be given all the relevant information to access the online services.  Please note: You will be required to show proof of identity (one form of address ID and one form of photo ID) when you register for Online Access. If you request for a Proxy, they will also be required to show ID.

If you ever require a online account reset, you will be required to come in to the practice to show proof of ID (one form of address ID and one form of photo ID) and to complete a reset form for this to be granted.

For confidentiality reasons, we would recommend that you use an individual email address per registration.
