 POD Prescription Telephone Ordering:

As of 25/09/17, you can order your repeat prescription by telephone.  Call NHS Prescription Ordering Direct (POD) on 0333 358 3509, Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. Please ask for a leaflet from your Practice or Pharmacy for more information.

Long Term Condition Clinics:

Over the next 12 months we are changing our system of recalling patients to the Long Term Conditions Clinics.

This will affect patients with Diabetes, Heart Conditions, Stroke, Respiratory Conditions and Chronic Kidney Conditions.

This will replace the separate clinics that we currently run.

Our aim is for patients to only have to attend for one review appointment each year instead of several appointments for different conditions.

Please note this is for annual review appointments only, patients would still be able to book GP or Nurse appointments for acute symptoms or other specific clinics.

Please note that changes to the new system may mean that you are called earlier or later for your annual review date.
